Hi Ladies !

Andrea from Mummys' Little Helpers here!

I live on the southside of Brisbane and am one half of MLH along with my closest friend (and now business partner) Suzanne. We are both mums to two. I have two lovely boys. My eldest will be 4 yrs in March and youngest will be 2 yrs in March.
Suzanne has a 2 and a half yr old little girl and also a 4 and a half month old baby boy.

We are just loving being WAHMs! I have met so many great "Mumpreneurs" since starting this journey. If childbirth isn't enough to prove that women can do anything (should be)- then being able to run a business AND have babies at the same time sure does! ;-)

Yay for all Mums!
Cheers,
Andrea.

Hi All,

I'm a newbie as well, and love that this place exists! I feel like a bit of a cheat though, I'm not a Mum (yet), but I was a kindy teacher for a lot of years and am also an auntie and a god-mother etc, and my company is all about Mums... so forgive me... I like these forums because its great we can take control of our lives once family becomes of higher priority - I'm wanting to get my company running well so that when we do have babies, I am kind of freed up a bit - maybe a fantasy :) I've just negotiated to go part-time out of a dull and boring full-time job in a massive organisation so that I can work on my new company. Its the new love of my life. Apart from my husband...

Quick plug: www.kidspages.com.au ;-)

Ww recently went up to Stanthorpe as well, and I thought that the best winery was Ballendeans, the cellar door was amazing, these massive big old barrells taller than a man lined the room where they served us an amazing hot italian lunch... followed by old port that hasn't seen daylight for about 40 years. Pretty good!

Thats enough from me!
Good luck ladies!

Elizabeth
